Ive never been concerned for Sarah. Shes a professional and she can go out an have fun and will still do her work the next day. As long as she's not fainting then shes not doing anything wrong. I would never say to her, You're partying too much, its not my place. Its just because she's in the public eye that people are having a go at her.
